Through continuous focus on God, the community and others, Emmitt’s Catering emerged.

For many people, challenges in life tend to encourage them to grow. When faced with making a career decision, Brandon Emmitt chose to focus his energy on self reflection and prayer.

Supporting others with his vision through food, Chef Brandon became the owner, the spirit and chef of Emmitt’s Catering which serves the greater DFW area.

His support for the community comes in many different ways; he shows up for frontline workers as well as those who are experiencing homelessness. In addition, he understands the core values of other entrepreneurs and through sincerity and honesty delivers the full experience.

As a wide-eyed child, Chef Brandon learned from his father how to create remarkable dishes for all to savor. Emmitt’s Catering was established with the ambition for Chef Brandon to incorporate learning from his childhood, on the colligate level and embody international experiences. His various learning set him apart to where he intentionally does not have a set menu. He creates his dishes through tenacity and creativity as “everything is made with love.”

While Emmitt’s Catering is based out of Southlake, Chef Brandon and his team of 10 go where the cooking calls. Your idea becomes Chef Brandon’s challenge to create that memorable experience.

Emmitt’s Catering is currently able to accommodate up to approximately 100 guests. They offer full service, incorporating place settings along with the imagination that you have for your vision.

His culinarily skills were built with the foundation from The Westin, Stonebriar in Frisco. Chef Brandon’s enjoyment comes from that opportunity which catapulted into his ability to travel for jobs. He’s lived and learned from Louisiana influence, Texas, California, Florida, Puerto Rico and The Dominican Republic.

Chef Brandon understands his unique skill set and has a vision to take his cooking “experience” around the world for others to relish. He knows that God will show him the way.

Understanding his love for food, the enjoyment he has from people savoring the moments and his encouragement of others, Chef Brandon’s accolades are well deserved. He has been recognized in the Southlake Style Magazine as well as the Humani Magazine while showcasing his expertise in catering, working as a private chef as well as offering cooking classes since 2014.
