Below are subdivisions to know about in the city. These subdivisions were selected based on local realtor recommendations and a Homeowners Association list which included its Five Star Neighborhoods.
The builders: Alford Homes, Bella Custom Homes, Bob Bobbitt Custom Homes, Chapman Custom Homes, and Faulkner Perrin Custom Homes are some of the top builders in the area.
Range: Homes in this subdivision typically sell from $800,000 to over $3 million.
Amenities: Chapel Creek residents can enjoy community amenities including a neighborhood park, greenbelt area, lake, and a jogging and biking path.
Schools: Chapel Creek is zoned within Frisco ISD. Neighborhood children attend Spears Elementary School, Hunt Middle School, and Frisco High School.
Shaddock Creek Estates
The builders: Tract builders include K. Hovnanian Homes and Shaddock Homes. Custom-home builders include Reynolds Signature Homes.
Range: Homes in Shaddock Creek Estates range from $500,000 to over $1.4 million.
Amenities: This partially gated community has an amenity center with a pool and playground, greenbelts, and a wooded walking trail.
Schools: Neighborhood children attend Carroll and Pink elementary schools, Griffin Middle School, and Wakeland High School in Frisco ISD.
Heather Ridge Estates
Range: Homes in this subdivision range from $400,000 to $700,000. The average price for a home is about $500,000.
Amenities: Heather Ridge Estates features an amenity center with a swimming pool and playground.
Schools: Homeowners children attend Carroll Elementary School, Cobb Middle School, and Wakeland High School, all part of Frisco ISD. Charter Leadership Prep School is also zoned to the area.
Range: Pricing for homes in this subdivision range from $350,000 to $600,000.
Amenities: Christie Ranch amenities include a pool and cabana with cooking area, hiking and biking trails, and greenbelt play areas.

Range: Homes in Newman Village typically sell from $600,000 to over $1.5 million.

Schools: Newman Village is also within Frisco ISD. Children are zoned to James R. Newman Elementary School, Trent Middle School, and Lone Star High.
This subdivision is not part of HOA's Five Star Neighborhoods.
