Ten Mile Creek

There’s even more new housing development coming to Celina. Corson Cramer Development, a Dallas-based developer, recently announced plans for a new mixed-use master planned community that will break ground in the spring of 2022 in Celina.

The community will be called Ten Mile Creek and will feature 251 acres and 371 homes, 110 townhomes and apartments.

It will be located near the future Collin County Outer Loop east of Coit Road.

Development will start next year with home sites available by 2023. These will be the builders in the community: American Legend Homes, William Ryan Homes, Grenadier Homes and Cypress Equity Investments.

The community will feature walkable retail, dining, and neighborhood services, 22 acres of open space and mature trees, a resort-style pool and playground, community dog park and neighborhood walking paths and trails.

Celina continues to add more and more housing developments. Just earlier this month, Taylor Morrison and Trophy Signature Homes announced the development for Wilson Creek Meadows, a new 65.4-acre master-planned community in Celina that will bring 225 homes to the area.
