About the subdivision: Christie Ranch is a master-planned community accessible from Teal Parkway. 

The community says it is an ideal location for anyone working in Frisco or the surrounding area.

Residents can access retail establishments, various sporting venues, and miles of parks and recreation facilities. The community offers 350 homes on sites close to acres of parks and open space. Christie Ranch is in northwest Frisco. Located just north of Eldorado Parkway, the community is situated on either side of Teal Parkway.

Range: Homes range from $210,000 and $490,000. 

Amenities: The community offers parks, pools, hike and bike trails, all within close proximity to local schools.  

Schools: Phillips Elementary School serves the Christie Ranch community, as well as Stafford Middle School, and Lone Star High. Phillips Elementary School is a few blocks to the north of the community on Teal Parkway. Stafford Middle School is also north of the community and is next to Phillips Elementary. Lone Star High School is on the northern edge of the community at the corner of Panther Creek Parkway and Teal Parkway. 

HOA: $600 annually. Some lots may cost $300 quarterly. HOA fees include common area maintenance and management. Lawn area and play area maintenance.
